House Rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 Euro fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 Euro late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinŠµ, extra services, etc. A 100 Euro penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 Euro lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 Euro fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. 200 Euro fee will be charged in case of violation of this rule. The capacity is 4 guests. 50 Euro extra fee per person will be charged for unauthorized guests above the capacity.

A wonderful apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures, which is always a relief. Everything is nearly new and spotlessly clean, and you have all you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, towels, weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels. It just works. The real highlight for us was the terrace. It's spacious, with a table and chairs, and in summer you can practically live out there. We used it almost every day. And then there's Drago. What a host. He was attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. When our schedule didn't line up neatly with check-in and check-out times, he went out of his way to offer flexible arrangements so we wouldn't be left waiting around, not once, but twice. That kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference, especially when you're managing a move. We would happily have extended our stay if availability had allowed it. Highly recommended.
